Supervisor Meegan read the Fire Prevention Code instructing the public where to exit in case of a fire or an emergency.
SENIOR CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER JOHN GULLO
- Working on sign regulation ordinance amendments/corrections
TOWN ENGINEER STEVEN TANNER
- SEQR resolutions (Type II action) for two DASNY projects – Tim Russert Park for improvements to equipment; replacement of the pavilion at Veterans Memorial Park and addition of a comfort station
- EFC is looking to close on financing for sewers; will meet with DEC regarding ongoing legal items with regard to consent order
- Meeting with Drescher & Malecki on Wednesday to review NYSEG bills
SENIOR RECREATION THERAPIST OF SENIOR SERVICES MARY JOSEFIAK
- A new American and NYS flag was donated to the senior center and they will be holding a Flag Day ceremony on Wednesday, June 14th at 12:15 P.M.
RECREATION SUPERVISOR LAUREN MASSET
- Summer registration is open until Monday, spots are still available for summer day camp, summer half day camp and swim lessons
- Tentative opening date for town pool is June 28th
COUNCILMAN HANLEY
- NYSEG has begun cutting down dead ash trees on Garry Drive

- Envision West Seneca 2.0 sponsored by Harris Beach will be held in West Seneca at a location to be determined to bring businesses up-to-date with the comprehensive plan, code updates and the business incentive plan
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion by Supervisor Meegan, seconded by Councilman Hanley, to recess to executive session at 3:25 P.M. to discuss four employee issues and six legal items.
Ayes: All Noes: None Motion Carried
The board members returned from executive session at 5:45 P.M. and the work session concluded.
