A request from LSC Development Group, LLC for site plan review for property located at 31 North America Drive to utilize parcel for tractor trailer storage (survey, eaf, site plan)
A request from Douglas Hutter AIA for a special permit for property located at 2884 Ridge Road, being part of Lot No. 157 & 158, changing its classification from C-2 to C-2(S), for service of alcoholic beverages. (cover letter, eaf, survey)
