A request of Young Development, Inc. for site plan approval for property located at 2852 Transit Road for construction of multi-family residential units with all related site improvements.

 NEW BUSINESS:
SPR2023-006

A request of Christopher Wood c/o Carmina Wood Design for special use permit for property located at 1425 Orchard Park Road, changing its classification from C- 1 and R-75 to C-1(S) for construction of a multi-unit residential development.
