A request from JSEK West Seneca for a site plan approval for property located at 1343, 1347 & 1353 Union Road and 0 Freemont Avenue for construction of a car wash facility.
A request from Life Church Buffalo for site plan approval for property located at 4928 Seneca Street for expansion of church and parking lot. (letter of Intent, transmittal letter, civil drawings, engineer report, landscape plans, preliminary wetland investigation report, seqr full eaf, swppp)
A request from Montgomerys Service for a special use permit for property located at 101 and 105 Center Road and Seneca Street parcel, being part of Lot No. 127, changing its classification from C-2 to C-2(S), for automotive use. (letter of intent, map, boundary survey)
Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of West Seneca will hold a public meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at the West Seneca Community Center, 1300 Union Road, West Seneca, to consider the above requests.
