A request from Devil’s Lettuce, LLC for a special use permit for property located at 650 Orchard Park Road, being part of Lot No. 295, changing its classification from M-1 to M-1(S), for use as a NYS licensed cannabis dispensary. (see files)

Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of West Seneca will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room at the Community Center & Library, 1300 Union Road, West Seneca, to consider the above request.
