Roll Call:

  • Introduction of Mary Sherman as new committee member
  • Review of past meeting minutes
  • Review and commenting on financial data received from the Finance Department:
  • Start to review Modern Corporation’s invoicing for collection and disposal of recycling materials.
  • Review the original scope description of the Internal Audit Committee versus our current review methodology of audit review and whether the Town Board’s resolution establishing the IAC should be amended to reflect our revisions.
  • Discuss the breakdown of our proposed recycling costs if performed in house versus a private outside contractor.
  • Review the credit card invoices as selected by the Finance Department for the IAC
  • Reading of public comments
  • Scheduling of next meeting date and time
