Agenda
1) Welcome
2) Continue working on the WSEC planning spreadsheet.
a. Discuss any items to be removed or combined with another item.
b. Discuss any items to be added.
c. For the priority scale listed as 1 = high, 2 = medium, 3=low, define the attributes for each one. Consider the following to begin the discussion:
1. High priority is something that currently affects the quality of the environment in West Seneca, and could be something WSEC historically has been working on.
2. Medium is something that can or may soon have an affect the quality of the environment in West Seneca, and resources (grants, etc.) are known to be available to address it.
3. Low is something that needs to be better understood, and needs research and benchmarking to learn more about it and methods to address it.
3) Prioritize each item based on the resulting definitions.
