Description:The first Town Hall was located in the Yox Building on Seneca Street and opened in 1930. Pictured above is a 1956 photo of the West Seneca Town Hall, 4099 Seneca Street. The Court Room was at the left of the building, while the Town Clerk occupied the far right of the building. The Tax Collector was located between the 2nd and 3rd doors from the right.

The building was formerly used by Yox as a saloon (where the Court Room is located) and a grocery store was housed on the other side of the front.
